leadership conference

I'm back from leadership conference... it wasn't quite what I was expecting but I think that was good. 'Cause I really enjoyed it and think I got as much out of it as the other ES camps (that is in proportionality to the length of the camp).
I met a couple of new ESers, which I wasn't expecting, and there were some great talks/sessiony things.
I enjoyed the personality one Tamie ran. we did the meyer briggs type indicator test.
it turns out I'm a INTP (or according to the 'brutally honest personality test' a LOSER)
the description it gave was so close to my personality even though I wouldn't have said I was an introvert...
now I'd beter get some real work done in the holidays.

Holidays=yay!

My lovely parents are in melbourne as of today visiting my brother.
so it's just me and liz home for the first few days of mid semester break.

I'm really looking forward to these holidays. I'll get some of the Cdd comics done, I'll study japanese... and I'll have fun on the leadership conference.
I'm hoping it'll be fun...

I really need to do some serious japanese study these holidays though.

oh and I have a physics poster to do.
I have heard so many stories of how painful the first year physics poster is. And so far I haven't seen anything to disprove the fact that their stories are the norm.
At least I know the two people in my group well.
oh well.
And apart from that the holidays should pass quickly and relaxingly and hopefully efficiently.

My japanese tute was cancelled today so I have a three hour break to... do... nothing much.
